Tewari Global's meat division main focus is to provide turn-key solutions to the global meat industry by providing innovative and cost-effective solutions. Recently, Tewari Systems was selected as Program Management Agency (PMA) with the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India to assist in the launch of first phase ($100M) of modernization abattoirs/meat plants in the western states of India, namely, Maharahstra, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chattisgarh.
Tewari Global’s dairy division has the complete capability of taking a turn-key project in dairy (fluid milk, cheese, processed cheese products) of any size from start-up till commissioning of the plant. Tewari’s dairy team consists of multi-faceted, hands-on, results-driven management and consulting professional, with 35+ years of successful dairy experience, specializing in cheese manufacturing. Tewari’s dairy division is problem solver and thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the Canadian/USA Dairy Industry and Regulatory bodies, with proven technical, and facility management skills. Tewari’s dairy team is considered among the top Practical Cheese Scientists in USA & Canada especially in processing technologies for Pasta Filata (stretched cheeses, as Mozzarella), and specialty cheeses such as Parmesan, Romano, Asiago, Havarti, Edam, and fresh cheeses such as Feta, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Paneer, Bocconcini and Cottage Cheese; and has Represented Canada as Technical Cheese Expert for re-development of cheese industry in Tajikistan organized by European Bank of Reconstruction and Development from 2003 to 2006. SAADEDDIN GROUP, RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA: DrTewari led Saadeddin Group’s turn-key project [total project cost: $45M] to build and commission the state-of-the-art factory in Al-Kharz as per BRC/GFSI standard, which housed three plants over 135,000 square feet: 1. Bakery Plant-Automated CAKE [Cheese cake, Moose (white/chocolate) cake, MUFFIN, CUP-CAKES, Mammool, lines with capacity upto 30,000 pieces per hour utilizing AUTOBAKE (Serpentine Model, Australia) and COMAS make-up lines [Itlay]. 2. Cake Plant: Automated cake line with capacity of up to 8000 pieces per minute utilizing SOREN Mixing lines (Milan, ITALY), and SGL [Spain] 3. Chocolate Plant: Automated Chocolate line utilizing Bounka Louka [Germany].
Fruits & Vegetable Division
Tewari Global's Fruits/Vegetable division has the expertise to commercialize innovative food processing techniques, such as High Pressure Processing, Ohmic Heating, Microwave processing, non-preservative extended shelf-life vegetable products, and had been actively involved with the commercialization of high pressure processing since its inception. Currently, turn-key projects are sought to bring new, innovative, preservative-free food products into the global markets.
